About Giver’s Heart Foundation
✅ Officially Registered Australian Charity
Giver’s Heart Active Kids Sport & Fitness Foundation Australia Ltd is an ACNC-registered Australian charity dedicated to improving the health of children and young people.
Our preventative health programs promote the prevention of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease by addressing modifiable risk factors including physical inactivity, sedentary behaviour and unhealthy dietary practices.
Through physical activity, sport, nutrition education and healthy lifestyle programs, we help children and young people aged 4–18 build healthier habits for the future, with particular focus on those experiencing barriers to participation.
A Message From Our Founder
Giver’s Heart Active Kids Sport & Fitness Foundation Australia was created from lived experience, compassion, and the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to grow up healthy, confident, supported, and full of hope.
Growing up connected to charity support and community assistance, I understand firsthand how even the smallest act of kindness or donation can change someone’s life, restore hope, and open doors that once felt impossible.
That experience inspired me to create a foundation that gives children greater access to healthier opportunities. Through physical activity, sport, nutrition education and preventative health programs, we aim to help children develop healthy habits while addressing modifiable risk factors associated with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Our mission goes beyond individual programs or events. It is about helping children and families understand the value of movement, healthy eating and lifelong healthy habits, removing barriers to participation, and giving the next generation a stronger foundation for a healthier future.
